Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to every booking made with us. Please read them before you confirm.
Bookings
A booking is confirmed once we have confirmed the yacht, date, time and price to you in writing and received the agreed payment or deposit. The charter starts and ends at the times confirmed. Late arrival does not extend the charter.
Prices
Prices shown on the website are per hour and include 5% VAT. They cover the yacht, captain, crew, fuel for the standard route and the complimentary items listed on the yacht page. Extras such as catering, decoration and watersports are quoted separately.
Guests and safety
- The number of guests, including children, must not exceed the capacity of the yacht
- Every guest must carry original ID, as it may be checked before departure
- Guests must follow the safety instructions of the captain and crew
- The captain may change the route or end the trip early for safety reasons
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times
Conduct and damage
Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to the yacht or its equipment. Illegal substances are not allowed on board. The crew may refuse boarding or end the charter in case of unsafe or unlawful behaviour.
Weather
If the coast guard or the captain cancels a trip because of weather or sea conditions, the charter is rescheduled at no extra cost.
Personal belongings
We are not responsible for personal items lost or damaged on board. Please report any loss to the crew immediately.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.
