Cancellation Policy

We know plans change. This is how cancellations and changes work.

Cancelling a booking

• More than 48 hours before the start time: full refund
• Between 24 and 48 hours before the start time: 50% of the charter price is refunded
• Less than 24 hours before the start time, or no-show: no refund

Changing the date or time

You can ask to move your booking to another date or time, subject to availability. Changes requested less than 24 hours before the start time are treated as a cancellation.

Weather and safety

If the coast guard or the captain cancels the trip because of weather or sea conditions, you can reschedule at no extra cost.

Late arrival

The charter starts at the confirmed time. If you arrive late, the charter still ends at the confirmed time.

Extras

Catering, decoration and other extras ordered from third parties may not be refundable once they have been prepared.
